What Shamash is, where the atlas comes from, and what is still being built.
Is Shamash available on the App Store?
Not yet. The iOS app is still in progress. The site keeps the eventual App Store treatment visible without pretending there is a live listing.
Can I use Shamash without creating an account?
The product is being designed guest-first. A person should be able to begin a small practice before deciding whether an account is useful.
Where does the local directory information come from?
The pilot uses normalized records from first-party organization websites. Firecrawl will support later ingestion, but scraped material will be reviewed before it enters the site.
Can Shamash include Google-hosted reviews or images?
Yes. The atlas can include Google-hosted reviews, ratings, and images when they add useful context to a place profile.
How can an organization update its page?
Use the corrections and claims page. The organization’s own website remains the authority for current schedules, programs, and policies.
Why are some directory pages not indexed?
A city page becomes indexable after it has at least five active listings. Individual qualifying place pages become indexable as soon as technical and quality validation passes.
