What to include

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your device model and iOS or watchOS version, and the Shamash app version. Screenshots are welcome when they do not contain private information.

Never send us your password, payment card data, private health information, authentication codes, or secret keys.

Account and privacy

Use Profile → Delete Account in the app to request deletion. For privacy questions or an access request, email privacy@sanctuarypray.com.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel Shamash Pro in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple processes purchases and refunds; request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Important boundaries

Shamash is an educational study companion, not a halachic authority. For a ruling, consult your rabbi or qualified teacher. This mailbox is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
