This company is Irresponsible company and never ordered any ride for my daughter appointments. I talked to them so many times to have responsibility for their job still they don’t. Don’t trust them don’t take your kids over there and don’t go there.

JFCS; To Whom it May Concern; JFCS has deliberately disregarded and Violated HIPPA Law, I am long overdue for beginning a Lawsuit for reasons regarding my account including having Multiple Representatives knock on my door without an appointment or notices and Continued to do so as recently as March 22nd 2026, after I immiediately REQUESTED JFCS NOT to when it occured the first time over One Year ago. We, my minor child and myself [Our Household] are seeking damages in the amount of 4.4 million each from JFCS on account of matters detailed above; but not limited to the matters detailed above. Court Documentation of MESA PD; March 7th 2025 and February 10th 2025 proves Violation of [OUR] Constitutional Amendment Rights at very least, by Mesa Police and Lack of in Crisis Intervention by Mesa PD Officer Zalba and Officer Hunt on multiple repeated incidents as well as Officer Purdue joining those Officers on March 7th 2025. JFCS has blatently diregarded my clear, transparent, communicative professionalism and Lord Almighty, yesterday was the end of that. Thank you Jesus. Please followup with the email I sent last to the Representative who left a business card at my door March 22 2026.

Lillian has been one of the most effective therapists at the East Valley Location where my daughter attends. She consistently meets my daughter where she is emotionally and skillfully incorporates art and play therapy into each session, which has helped my daughter feel safe, engaged, and eager to participate. For these reasons, I advocated for her services to continue at JFCS, as they have been significantly more beneficial to my daughter than the prior virtual services her father had placed her in.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and organization at this office. I called to request a medication refill for my daughter and left a voicemail, but never received a call back. When I finally got a callback after my husband sent an email, I was told that I never called—even though I have the call record right on my phone log. To make matters worse, I was given conflicting information. I was told my daughter’s medication couldn't be refilled over the phone and that she never had a follow-up appointment scheduled. This is false; the front desk person specifically set up that appointment for us. I was then told she "should have come in last month," despite us following the instructions we were given. It is incredibly unprofessional to gaslight patients about call logs and appointments when the error is clearly on the office's end. We are trying to manage a child's health care, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable.

If you’re having an asthma attack and need to refill your inhaler … they will schedule you out until next week because apparently there’s no current PCP working at the location 😂 but don’t worry, they suggested I sit at urgent care for 2+ hours, fighting for my life to breathe. …

I have had the worst experience at this location. The receptionist Kira C is horrible. And Dr. Edwin Perez is very unprofessional. I have been trying to get my son an evaluation for months. And EVERY single time I schedule the appointment with the receptionist Kira C it gets rescheduled. The first appointment was in August but that got rescheduled for October then they told me they have to reschedule me for December. They told me I needed to reschedule not by speaking to me directly but leaving me a VM stating "we have to cancel your appointment, please call to reschedule. " Every time I call to find out why the appointment was cancelled due to not my request to cancelled. Kira C states it's because the provider comes once a month. Okay....so if the provider comes once a month why is that when I have a set appointment with Dr. Perez he cancels last minute without any notice to his clients. Now, I get to my appointment today. I am 20 mins late and I apologize for being late because it was my fault. So then I ask Kira C " Will the provider be able to see me I know I'm running late ". She said just come we can do another assessment before meeting with the doctor. So I said " okay, no problem ". I was waiting in the lobby from 4:24 pm -5:45 pm. I realized it's getting late and other clients are coming out from being seen by the providers. Finally, I go to Kira the receptionist and I ask her politely " hey will the provider still be able to see me? " I have waited over an hour. She tells me " Oh Dr. Perez asked you to be rescheduled. We have February available? " What!?? When did you find out he asked to reschedule because I have been waiting in the lobby for over an hour patiently waiting to see this provider. Did he message you in the system or did he tell you directly while I was waiting? "Best believe I will be filing a grievance with my health insurance and calling CMS as well. I will no longer try to go to this location they have wasted my time, prolonged my sons healthcare needs and have been so unprofessional the whole time!

Did schedule my virtual appointment correctly so my son wasn’t seen I waited a month for the appointment and there’s no sense of urgency they quickly pick up the phone after you’ve been on hold just to say please hold and click. Unprofessional

I've been going here for 4+ years. In my experience, in past years they were very on top of it. My case manager (although it switched a few times) would visit once a month and always was on top of it when it came to referrals and helping me. In the past year or so, however, something shifted drastically with the management. Case managers are leaving in droves because, and this is what I was told by my case manager before they quit, "They're giving us new quotas and making us work more while paying us the same small amount." They also said that apparently they were being very strict and aggressive about it. Now onto my next complaint: My current case manger. I'm SMI so having a case manager is important for me. I'm supposed to be visited by mine once a month. I hadn't seen my case manager in over a month and called to see what happened. The desk staff informed me that apparently she had quit and I just didn't have one anymore. Then, on the spot, I was given Laquandria. I've seen other people talk about her in these reviews and luckily I haven't had many bad experiences with her. The thing about that is, I haven't had ANY experiences with her. I've tried contacting her. No response. I'm going to try to get a new case manager because she just doesn't seem fit for her job. Now for a positive: my psychiatrist is fantastic. She's extremely kind, always listens, and has helped me a lot. She's easy to schedule with and is very good at figuring out the best medications for you. If you get assigned Melanie, know you're in good hands. Overall, I'd say going here as an autistic LGBT adult is lovely most of the time. In my experience the desk staff have been mostly great. I can't speak on the parental perspective so look at other reviews for that. Just be sure you're getting a case manager that's good.

Some of the providers in this place are amazing, and the therapists can be very good. But the front desk staff are ruining my wanting to be here, one in particular. If nobody else needs my full last name and date of birth every time I check in for an appointment, there is zero reason to repeat it loudly. If I ask to be connected to Blue Dot, do not connect me to some random individual's full voicemail! She constantly makes mistakes and then makes loud excuses, is so slow checking people in that I can be third in line and ten minutes early but then checked in ten minutes late, and nobody jumps in to help speed it along. Case managers are through a revolving door here, and it really sucks for clients. I've been trying to correct a prescription error for multiple days, and cannot reach anybody. The worst part is that this is still better than most clinics in the area. The bar is on the ground. Some things need to change, not just get a shrug emoji.

I have reached my breaking point, and it needs to be known that if Laquandria is your case manager, I strongly, strongly, strongly advise you transfer immediately. …

I have been going here for 2-3 years and I’ve had good and bad experiences. If you were going here for therapy, I would say to try it out because I’ve had good bad experiences with therapy! But I have definitely had a really great therapist …

June 2025 My daughter is SMI transfering from another agency. We had people calling us about setting up referrals before we had met with our caseworker. I was confused. The caseworker came out to our house (after 2 months) but she didn't …
