Absolutely disgusting experience. The receptionist, JENNIFER, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was ZERO basic phone etiquette and ZERO respect — honestly the worst possible first impression for any business. I politely asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, and instead of helping, she hung up the call. That alone says everything about how this company treats potential clients. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat people before doing business, imagine what happens after. Avoid this place.
Rock solid staff and facility.
