I actually used to get my services here as a kid and every time I did they misdiagnosed me and put me on adult medication. I should’ve never been on this place is one of the worst places. I have ever been too They had me on bipolar and schizophrenic medication it made me into a zombie . I only have adhd ptsd anxiety depression this place does not care about your children nor do they care about people that they supposedly supposed to help them.avoid this place like your life depends on it because it clearly does I was 19 and I straight up told the doctor I’ll never come back here as long as I live and they were still trying to force me on medication that I should’ve never been on and I had to pay for my own psychiatrist to prove I wasn’t mentally crazy And I can get help for the things I actually need They just want money from you.

Had a scheduled appointment for my child , went to address I was given by their scheduling department just to get there and told I was given the wrong address. Called the office to let them know what had happened and was told my child’s original appointment that was scheduled for today had to be rescheduled. I don’t know how the misshape happened on their end but they should do better for their future patients, my child NOT being one of them.

Do they screen for people's basic need's being met now? It wasn't their priority when I was their client.

I cannot believe how impossible the phone system is. It has taken me over 30 minutes now to get a simple question answered, transferred over eight times. God forbid, if i were actually having a mental health or demenia issue right now i would never get any help!

Stay away!!!!!! This is the worst place for your child if you are actually looking for help! They told me to have my 14 year old autistic son commented, because after a2 hour session of grilling him. He lost his patience and blew up. It’s like they have zero clue what they are doing!!! Stay way

Why does take forever to get services for an intake. I have been calling them for appointment and no call back.

My daughter has depression with suicidal ideations but was only seeing jewish family for medication and when it was time for a med check they closed her case without any notice. Now she'll be without meds and runs the risk of suicide!!

My kids and I have been going to JFCS for a while now. The staff is very nice and helpful both in the behavioral and health areas.

My son was a patient with Jewish Family for about three years most of the time the service was okay but during those years the service went downhill and I would not recommend them for families who don't know much about the behavioral health system because they're not very good at taking you through the process and explaining everything to you. You have to fight very hard for yourself or your family members who have what THEY CALL disabilities mental or physical. Find someone who will understand your personal needs and will help and give you the best care for your needs. Everybody is different from everyone else.
