First time there. Thanks to Google, easy to find. In cozy neighborhood. I was there for a security presentation instead of a service. Good presentation from CSPD.

A beacon of light and a champion for social justice in this community. LGBTQ+ friendly. In the aftermath of the Club Q shooting, they hosted an interfaith candlelight vigil, found resources for those affected, on sight counseling, therapy dogs, life-affirming music, and even had it streaming for accessibility from home. Rabbi Iah Pillsbury (she/they) is a wonderful human, very down to earth and inclusive. I’m not of the Jewish faith, but as a community member I appreciate how TBT’s presence enriches this community and makes it better.

I am not a member and wanted to partake in Yitzkor service. My 104 year old Grandmother passed away just a couple days ago and felt a need to say Kaddish today, on Yom Kippur! So many congregants said hello to me and shook my hand as I walked towards the temple and as I sat in the Sanctuary. Rabbi Pillsbury was kind to add my grandmother 's name in the Memorial reading. Very warm, heartfelt praises to this temple as they have shown me today. Todah Rabah!
