He visitado esta clínica desde hace algunos años, han confundido mi expediente con el de otra persona, se los he dicho bastantes veces y quedaron en arreglar eso, hasta la fecha no han hecho nada incluso tuvieron que cancelarme una cita de referencia ya estando en la cita ( tiempo y dinero perdido) porque mi expediente seguía mal la llamada que me prometieron que me iban a dar hace mas de un mes aun la sigo esperando!

If you have Pulmonary Hypertension this is the place. I am so grateful for how quickly and thoroughly they have gotten on top of my treatment. I can finally stop dissecting all of my medical records, because they are doing their job. Thank you Dr. Malave,Dr. Dyke, and the entire pulmonary staff.

Zero parking available. Majority of parking lot was blocked off for valet. You have to check in two separate times between two buildings. Felt like the DMV inside. Took me 26 min between finding parking and checking in. They had to cancel my appointment.

1st time, checked in, called the nurse to be connected to my department because of the 30 MIN CHECK IN PROCESS made me feel like I was going to be late to my appointment, lady was unable to connect me since they don’t do that apparently but said she could send a message. She then proceeded to tell me it was unnecessary to send a message after just stating she could do it. Just prefer not to be spoken to like a child.
