This place is horrible! They refuse to answer emails and refuse to answer attorneys emails. They also refuse to release documents pertaining to my child. This place is very poorly run and they have no respect for their clients.
1 helpful voteVery poorly run organization. Emails and calls aren’t returned. The clinic is run in an unprofessional way and clients don’t have a say in their own care.
4 helpful votesI used to like this agency but since Covid hit i have a change of heart.JFS had been horrible returning calls and messages and when you do the attitude is not the best.They are working from home and they seem to get back to you whenever they feel like it.If you're on a deadline for something you may have a problem.
