The worst place to go 2!! Employees r incredibly inept and extremely undertrained! Takes months 4 them to b done w any kind of process. Insurance is supposed 2 b done in no more than 45 days its been over 100 days ( almost 4 months) of me and my CM trying to get them updated and still waiting. Snap takes no more 30 days and it took them 90 days to update and that's because my CM and we're on top of it. Horrible experience dealing w such ineptitude. That should replace all them employees if not training them of d basics should help. * If they have d capacity Good luck.

I have no trust in them on 6&H Street Northeast. My daughter did my recertification on February 25th Of this year. They turned it off on April 3rd. Why I don't know. It's because I refused to have a Nurse practitioner whom I knew to examine me and I put her out. She came on the 25th of March this year. I was unable to see my foot doctor and I'm a diabetic. Nor see any other doctors till this day. They stopped my QMB and I really need it. We have them everything I needed for recertification. It was approved and then you all cut me off. I'm a disabled senior citizen.

This is a JOKE. Offices closing at 4, 4:30, 4:45!!!! We work and have jobs. I rush to get to the office to be told I gotta be here 15 minutes earlier when the PERSON ON THE PHONE said 4:45. Such a disgusting waste of tax payers dollars to have people sit there doing NOTHING when people struggling. No reason my card should take 7-10 DAYS when I live half a mile away. Do better DC.

I’ve yet to meet a person who genuinely cares to help serve the community in need of real assistance. And keeps cutting or denying services to those who really need it .

I Have a household of 9 my benefits were compromised. Called the fraud department they told me it takes up to 45 days. They don't tell you they don't even look at your cases until the 45th day. So on the 45th day my cases is just going through the review process. So now they tell me to call back because in 10 days because the case is being reviewed.

There should be an option for zero stars. This agency is garbage. Everyone needs to be fired. The most inept bunch of 🤡 clowns I've ever dealt with. They can't find anything in their damn portals, lose track of everything don't know up from down.

On the phone on hold several days in a rows, when actually talking to someone I’m told false information, been waiting for assistance for 2 weeks to get things process

This place takes its time to handle your case I applied in jun and still nothing they tell you it’s a ticket on your case and act like it’s being worked on when clearly it isn’t because if it was it would be on I call countless times I visit their office in h st at least once a week and still nothing

I only give 2 stars cause of those that TRUELY help. Now, on to The Factx..., What gets me with this organizations they were created by Our Ancestors, Our Descendants. Soon as they got in the hands of the wicked, all hell breaks loose. My thing is, these inside scams.. and yes that's all it is!! These scams that have tooken place only effects Us👉🏿✊🏿. Like I said before, The Most High Yah will deal will all of them. We get put on the back end while colonizers come with no dam info but get everything they are NOT ENTITLED.
