Elesavetgrad Cemetery is a small 1911 cemetery in Congress Heights by two other cemeteries- Adas Israel and Washington Hebrew Memorial Park. Park on the street and walk up the driveway to the small building. The gravestones are behind the building, stones that speak to the lives of people who impacted our city.
