The Jewish family home care service has been absolutely Wonderful in making sure that the invoices are sent to John Hancock long-term care. The aids that they provided were top notch and also had a car. I am very grateful to Kelly and the organization that helped me through a difficult time after my total knee replacement. A Heartfelt Review of Jewish Family Care Center: A Lifeline During the Pandemic and Beyond I had the privilege of utilizing the services of Jewish Family Care Center in 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world felt uncertain, and every day was a challenge. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication this team demonstrated during a time when reliable care was a lifeline. My former aunt, who was miles away from me, became a part of their extended family, experiencing not just excellent care, but also emotional warmth and connection that I could not provide from afar. The level of communication was extraordinary from the very beginning. In 2021, when many families were grappling with isolation and the difficulties of healthcare access, Jewish Family Care Center rose to the occasion. They kept me informed every step of the way, and the care they provided ensured that my aunt felt valued, respected, and loved – qualities that are invaluable when family members cannot be physically present. Recently, as in Monday January 13th, 2025 I had the opportunity to reach out to the agency again, this time for a colleague who was looking for similar services in the area. When I initially spoke to a young lady on the phone, she was understandably cautious about sharing detailed information with a stranger. However, after explaining that I was a previous client and wanted to refer my colleague, she quickly warmed up and was incredibly helpful. It was clear that she was committed to the agency's values and took pride in the quality of service provided. Her professionalism and patience left a lasting impression.
