Federation.

I am new to the Miami area and I tend to navigate the area before bringing my family around. I have to say, that your security teams have been under par with their services. Rapid Security, Yes, I took the time to get the name so I could write this. Poor excuse for professionalism. All I noticed was men on their phones with no regard to what is going on. I will admit I did ask why they were on their phones they did not answer but gave me glaring looks. My friend, who is traveling with his own family, heard them say vulgar comments. Apparently "Mike" is someone of importance and "runs" the area. I'm not sure who "Mike" or these other security officers are, I do know that if it is any indication of what's is to come, Rapid security should NOT be involved with the Jewish Federation!!

Thank You to the Jewish Federation I want to sincerely thank the Jewish Federation for keeping me updated on everything happening within the community. Their communications are always clear, timely, and informative, which makes it easy to stay connected and engaged. I truly appreciate the effort they put into keeping everyone informed and involved. It makes being part of the community feel meaningful and supported. Thank you for all that you do!
