The customer service is incredibly poor—especially from the manager and the butcher. As a Jewish person, I found the service to be absolutely terrible. I am actually embarrassed by how bad the service is; everyone was rude. I would never recommend that anyone shop at this supermarket.

It is truly sickening to see a Jewish-owned business take advantage of its own community, especially during the holidays. Passover is a time for communal celebration, yet The Grove uses it as an opportunity for blatant price gouging. This isn't just about "holiday rushes"; it's a pattern of insane year-round pricing that feels like a targeted tax on the Jews of South Florida. To exploit people’s religious needs and local convenience for higher margins is beyond disappointing—it’s a moral failure. The ownership needs to look deep within and ask if this is how they want to be known in the community. Taking advantage of your neighbors when they are most vulnerable and trying to observe their traditions is a bridge too far. Until there is a radical shift toward fair pricing and communal respect, I will be taking my business to stores that actually value their customers.

This store has a nasty disgusting worker by the name of Miriam . Rude condescending behavior from the workers . Overpriced food that is not that good . Sara tent or KC KOSHER is thousand times better this dump .
