Very rude daytime security guard. I had a food delivery here, the customer is a regular and usually comes downstairs to meet me therefore doesn't give us her unit number. Today I tried calling her as I usually do, she doesn't answer and the security guard very rudely asked what he can do for me, I explained my situation and he told me that we need to get our act together and berated me for not knowing the unit number. In the end he did help me by giving me her unit number but I dont ever want to interact with this man again.

Air conditioning is out. Again. 4th time in one year. No reimbursement for other accommodations. Won't be repaired for at least a week. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

The Jewish Towers has been my fathers residence for several years now. All the residents look after each other and treat each other like family. I thank God for this facility.
