Brenden at Crest Lawn is simply the best. Personable, compassionate and truly cares about making sure you are happy and completely satisfied. The cemetery is beautiful, the lawns taken care of, clean of debris and just a wonderful setting. I would give them extra stars. From the moment I spoke with him, he and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done promptly and to my satisfaction including the plaque for the mausoleum. Thanks for making an horrendous situation for me much less stressful. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Brendan presented outstanding customer service for my family. He’s very cordial and follows through with his commitments. He processed a work order for me immediately after I provided him the information he needed. And was gracious enough to send me a picture of the completed work letting me know my concern has been resolved. Extremely Grateful! Melanie - Dallas, Ga.

This is the cemetery my mother & step father is buried, grandparents, along with most of my relatives. It is beautiful, however, they have no security. The big beautiful iron gates are open most daylight hours to the general public, including joggers, any respectable visitors, but unfortunately multiple scrap collectors are most welcome also. Lowlifes are constantly stealing vases, brass, bronze, metal, it does not matter. Strangers take whatever they can to make a dollar. They take brand new flower arrangements of their loved ones. They are extremely difficult to reach by phone, or any other way. It takes forever to get a response back from them or to get the vases replaced. Nevermind the flower arrangements, that cost you plenty to place, they could care less about along with the respect your family members deserve. It's shameful, especially when they picked this particular resting place, mainly because of the breathtaking view their live family would get to see when they visit. I know my mother was extremely proud to attain & pay off her plots & spend her eternity there, but the disrespect of people that come in, unwatched & steal brand new flowers & constantly steal the bronze, brass or any type metal vases is overwhelming & breaks my heart. If they had any type of security or monitored cameras pass the big beautiful iron gate, to protect the space of their family on their property would be much more appreciated. I would hope the office manager if any, caretakers & landscapers would not be knowingly allowing the obvious criminal activity of scrap collectors. To continiously have no vase to place flowers for your loved ones, is deplorable & disrespectful on the highest level. It's right up there with graverobbers. Unbelieveable. They totally change my mind & plans to purchase space for my eternal resting place.

My dad has been buried up for 3 years and he paid for his plot a long time ago but there's no death date right to this day they talking about he didn't pay for it when I know he did why would you pay for a plot and not pay for the burial date I can't get nobody to call me back they won't talk to you if you just show up either, crazy

If I could give this cemetery ZERO stars I would … my family was just out to the cemetery to pay respects to our momma and daddy and find the conditions not only deplorable but disrespectful and quite frankly shocking! And not just our loved ones resting places but many plots around them! It is unlawful to disrespect a gravesite so rest assured this will be reported to the proper authorities. By the way this has been an ongoing issue with this facility over the years! Nothing is ever done; in fact it seems to get worse. Truly unbelievable!

On the two year anniversary of my Mother’s death my sister and I gasped when we saw our parents grave, the graves of longtime family friends, and others buried in the area called the Rose Garden of Crest Lawn Cemetery. This is not the first, but the fifth time we have been heartbroken and disappointed about how our loved one’s graves are NOT cared for…Visible tractor marks, broken grave markers, headstones moved off their base, fire ant hills, etc. You expect at the least, general lawn maintenance from the cemetery your parents are buried in. And when you bring an issue to their attention you also expect them to be apologetic and make things right. However, every call that is made we are given excuses that it’s a change management issue. So, to whoever is looking at buying a plot at Crest Lawn, I don’t recommend it. To those who own/manage Crest Lawn, it is your responsibility to do better by the families who entrust you with the care of their loved ones.

In a time of personal loss, I received such compassionate care at Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery. I want to especially thank Terry, who helped me locate both of my father’s plots with patience and empathy. She remembered my father, Major Warner Sr., from when he made his own arrangements, and shared how he brightened the room. That moment truly touched me. His favorite scripture was Psalm 103, and his favorite song was “A Prayer” by the O’Jays—fitting tributes to the spirit he carried. Terry’s thoughtful support brought peace to my heart. Thank you, Terry, for honoring his memory and treating me with such kindness. ---SonyaJW Lunsford

Maintenance of grounds and surroundings are nothing more than an eyesore. This is not the first round with Crestlawn. Guess I will be reporting again. The grass is high in areas and flowers on the ground/road have been there for weeks. Ride out there and see for yourself. URN of my family’s grave completely gone and another is broken. A nearby headstone cracked in half and sunken in ground. Wonder how that happened. Last time I was in what they call an office it is just as bad. Totally unacceptable. Poor management.

Peaceful place apart from the recent tragedy there with the beautiful lady and her being robbed of her life 🙏🏻💔 Only problem is they are not very responsive on questions the public asks. I wanted to do a vigil in memory of the young lady that was found there on Easter and still have go no response at all. 🙏🏻💔🙏🏻💔 I don't think that is asking much just that she be remembered and show she is loved here in Atlanta and to raise awareness of the dangers in the world and remind everyone we are united , we should always be aware of our surroundings and never turn our head to a person who needs our help or appears to be in distress! Regardless here or wherever with no NO JUSTICE NO PEACE 🕊️🕯️We are the only voice she has now! 😭🙏🏻
