Terrible unprofessional people in this building the concierge give terrible information they made me take a drug test alone no one there watching me one lady told me she was using a u pass I said what she says yes they send u to bathroom alone no one watching then they had us waiting for drug screen for hours not only the whole team was LATE COMING IN AND TO HAVE PERSONAL CONVERSATION AMONG THE NEW STAFF IS Absurd i refuse to work at unprofessional place i can tell state has been to this place as bad as I need a job I walk out this place. Praying for those dear old people.. ms Jennifer little I thought u would have better business at a place like this they really should run comb through that building

Back in September my bed frame broke it was on the weekend. I live in Balser Tower. They sent Saul to fix it.the whole frame was broken and really I did not think it could be fixed. Saul really worked on it for me hard. He eventually fixed it. I cannot tell u how happy I am he came. He really really cared. I want u to know what a great worker you have in him.

I enjoy the digital marketing post. They really show the activities that are available for the residents. They just don’t have a place to be but a home away from home and family when their own family is no longer available. The social media post are one of the biggest positive draws. Excellent resource for positive exposure to the facility

I am very fortunate to live in Zaban Tower, part of the Jewish Home Life community. I want to give a special thanks to our event coordinator, Gal Fonesca for making every day special with all the wonderful parties, outings and so much more I know I’m expressing the feelings of my friends and neighbors!
