We were traveling from out of state and called ahead of time to make sure we would be able to use the facility during our trip to Atlanta. I specifically spoke with the membership officer beforehand and was told that all we needed was an email from our home club confirming that we were members in good standing. We complied and our membership officer sent an email of good standings. Based on that information, we made the 25-minute drive to the facility expecting to be able to enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately, once we arrived, the experience was completely different. We were initially told we could not use the outdoor pool because there were not enough lifeguards. We then asked about using the indoor pool and were told that it was available to us. Within just a few minutes, however, we were told that we could no longer use the indoor pool either. We were eventually told that the only facility we could use was the gym. What was most disappointing was that I had called ahead specifically to avoid this situation and to confirm what we would be able to access before making the trip. Had we been given accurate information over the phone, we could have made different plans and avoided the drive. The way the situation was handled left our family feeling extremely unwelcome and singled out. It was especially frustrating to have the rules and access seemingly change only after we arrived. We left feeling hurt, disappointed, and as though we were being treated differently because we were visiting from out of state. I understand that facilities can have policies, capacity limits, and safety requirements. However, those policies should be communicated consistently and clearly before guests make the trip. I hope management will review how this situation was handled so that other visiting members do not have a similar experience.
Travel to Atlanta and thought we'd stop by and experience all the wonderful things mentioned online about this facility. I called ahead and spoke with someone from membership
Really great community center. Our kids go for after school and camps during summer. You don’t have to be Jewish to be a member. The facility is awesome. The staff is mostly great. The only reason for four stars is that it’s pretty expensive.

The facility is great with many options of what to do, including swimming in the indoor lap pool or in the outdoor aquatics center, playing pickleball, with friends, family, or at pickup games. The gym also has many options of weights and different muscles to work out. Additionally there are decent options of food to eat but it is more expensive.
Good service, professional staff, relabel security.
Hearing there are 'security cameras' that have been documented to be recording children at gymnastics classes and later viewed by Flock employees is enough to make me never want to step foot into this facility. What's next? Online trading of these images to known criminals?
I love this place ❤️
Great place to work and play
