This place isn't what it it appears to be..if you can find another place to go I highly suggest that you do so, this is a joke, no one at the front desk 5 nights this past 2 weeks, smoke alarm is ringing now and no one to cut it off, I called next door to have a person come over and turn it off, 2/1/26, 2:45 a.m., next door at the Balser Tower there is NEVER No One At The Front Desk, Thats The Baby, Zaban Is The Red Headed Stepchild, A Money Maker Poorly Run At All Times, I Personally Could Care Less Who Reads This Because I'm About To Go To The Top And Find Out Who Cares And Who Doesn't, And I Don't Mean The "Top Two" Here Who "Claim" To Run This Place, They're Track Record Is Proven, Anyone Whose Reading This Please Watch This Thread, As My Honesty Will Likely Get Me Evicted, But For Other Possible Renters, The Truth About The Zaban Tower Needs To Be Known And I'm The Person To Do It, I Have Information And They Know I Do, If You Are Considering Coming To This Place You Should Think Otherwise, Would You Like To Hear It From One Of The Firemen Outside In My Hallway Right Now ?? There Are 3 Of Them, Had I Not Known The Person On Duty Next Door To Call And Get Her To Get The Fire Department Here, The Alarm Would Ring For 45 Minutes Before They Arrived, This Happens More Than Once Weekly, This Is Just The Tip Of The Iceberg Concerning The Zaban Tower, As For Safety And Security, There Isn't Any, The 3rd Shift Is 12:30 a.m. To 8:30 a.m., All of these people go to bed thinking they are safe and secure, They do not have a clue, I've Never Been Homeless And Do Not Want To Be, But When I Finish Everything I Have To Say And Back Up With Evidence, They Will Find A Way To Evict Me, If I Were "The Jewish Federation" Which I Am Not, I Would Get My Ducks In A Row, You Can Only Treat People So Badly For So Long Until They Have Had Enough, Thank You For Having Such A Delightful Abode, Sincerely, Midnight Blues

A total joke and complete misrepresentation of what is supposed to be "independent living facility" is a face..it is a mix of hospital and senior warehouse, nothing independent about it..The staff for most part is more like the operators of a prison..I would advise anyone that still has life and energy in them not to check into this place, Jewish Home Life is not good
