Great staff wonderful place

This place is awesome. I've been going since April. I eat their meals a couple times a week , the volunteers who serve you are always gracious and kind to you, and you can choose what you want from entree. A little or everything ( soup,salad and dessert included). They also offer different activities for your health and peace of mind. I participate in chair yoga, and everyday movement class. They also have music therapy, art therapy and a meditation class. All the instructors are dedicated people. They have a diverse community, all are welcome. The staff are very helpful and patient. Im glad I discovered them.😀

I've never heard of anyone having to be a member in order to eat at a soup kitchen.

Ezra is remarkable in every way!

I'm new been there since late January 25 ' . Since I've been there observed special treatment to already established persons . They are consulted and cared for . By people who never taken care of me only told me to not talk or to be seated close to someone when talking . No matter where I am throwing and piping in their rules or opinions not any that are established in intake packet . Their big ears listening to every word I'm saying . Giving me upsetting rules of their own. Ok I deserve the same respect and non discrimination that they give all other mental or special people . I jewish ancestry, they treat their own better than I. I will never step foot in there again . Food pantry yuck . Cafe barely a Cafe I'm way better cook and baker sorry . I'd rather starve than ever go their classes are OK. I can do better with you tube . I will do my activities with them more fun less crap Givin to me . Thanks for nothing .Ezra. Rachel, Sara not my people , on power trip in their own mind . Hi, I have been going to Ezra, for about 8 years I love this place, the Staff is Caring and Friendly. I have gotten help for many things at Ezra. They have dinner Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6-7 pm. On Sunday they have bunch from 11-12 pm. I love their many activities. The food at Ezra Is very good. If you need a place to go, for help, Ezra Is the place who cares about the community. I recommend this place. Lorraine M. 🌞🌈

Хочу написать о той большой работе, которую делает, казалось бы маленький центр, Ezra. Прибыли в Америку 2 года назад, и не зная ничего о жизни в этой стране, в том числе и языка, столкнулись с очень многими проблемами. Знакомые посоветовали обратиться в русскоговорящий центр Ezra. С тех пор мы без них не можем решить ни одной проблемы. При малейшем намеке на трудности, мы получаем реальную помощь советом, звонком. Несколько раз сталкивались казалось бы с нерешаемыми вопросами, но на помощь приходят они. Тут мы изучаем английский язык, познаем компьютер и функции телефона, получаем профессиональную помощь специалистов центра. Хочется выразить глубокую благодарность этому маленькому коллективу , усилиями которых переворачиваются глыбы работы. Особенно хотим поблагодарить Нагаевскую Татьяну, San Mi Kim, Соловейчик Жанну; поблагодарить их сплоченный коллектив за слаженную работу. Низкий Вам поклон от представителей украинского народа в это нелегкое для мира время!

Multi cultural services and language spoken out reach for several communities, staff is great services excellence.

I appreciate the services they offer. This organization is needed all over Chicago.
