The Synagogue - Uptown.

Ron is an absolute star! He is amazing over the phone and caused my anxiety to calm down just by having a calm approach. He is extremely friendly and is definitely a rockstar!

Such an easy move, the staff was informative when I picked up the keys the day of my move. Everything went smoothly and it was great to be able to move through the front door as my unit was very close to it and overall easier than going through the back. The apartment was clean and ready for my move in and the staff continues to rapidly answer my questions. Really enjoying living in the synagogue.

We just moved in and the process was great! Dino and Vatsal were a huge help in answering any questions we had. There was some minor damage from a previous tenant and Dino was so quick in getting things fixed even better than we expected. Great communication and lovely building!

I rented one of the lofted spaces on the third floor. Although the view isn’t the best, the size and layout make up for it. The parking lot makes it super convenient as the surrounding area is street parking that is never available. Vatsal was exceptional on the tours I was on with him. He showed me other properties but I couldn’t pass up on the lofted unit here. Afterwards, Dino answered all the questions I have and prepared everything in a timely manner. Shout out to both of them for making the entire process a walk in the park!

A nice comfortable residence located a few blocks away from the lake. I have enjoyed living here thus far. Any problem I had was addressed either by Vatsal or Dino. Thank you guys for your help!

My experience at the Synagogue has been amazing. Big shoutout to Dino and Vatsal! Wouldn’t be living here otherwise. Vatsal did a wonderful job showing me the place and Dino has been very helpful with the move in process.

Great apartment in a prime location of Uptown. I have enjoyed living here so far and appreciate everything that the FLATS team does. From maintenance (Astrit & Arsim) to management (Dino & Vatsal), everyone is very communicative and respectful. Although the walls are a little thin, I have not found any issues with this place. I would highly recommend if you are interested in an old school vibe with a touch of modern finishing.

I’m not in a rush to move in anytime soon, but I wanted to check out The Synagogue out of curiosity. By far some of the most modern apartments I’ve seen! I had an easy going experience and communication with Dino & Vatsal. Appreciate you guys!

Had issues with my stove and it was replaced a day later! Maintenance guys are very nice and helpful.

The management is incredibly rude and unprofessional, and extremely classist. They will “cancel” a showing 30 minutes before your appointment if you don’t “fit” within a budget, regardless of different ranges being shown as AVAILABLE on their website. The units are not worth the money nor the rudeness of the staff. Get the most for your money and go elsewhere.

I like the building, and the aesthetic of the company and their other properties. The staff was helpful when I needed something. No complaints.

Beautiful, relatively quiet, solid, dog-friendly building! Very close to some of the larger sister buildings which have great amenities. To be frank, management was a mess before Dino (property manager) was hired. He puts this rating over the edge to 5 stars!
