4 months ago We are an ecommerce site, without a physical location. Our warehouse is not open to the public. We are happy to use the UPS store as a pick up location for those customers who need or want to pick up their orders. Our gift baskets are hand made to order so our customers receive the freshest gourmet products!

When UPS lost my order that I needed for a trip, Kosherbyte went above and beyond to get my order to me in time. I didn't even have to deal with UPS - Kosherbyte handled everything for me and sent me a new order in time for my trip! I will definitely use Kosherbyte every time I need to order travel meals. Best customer service I've ever experienced.
