The Romanian ortodox church service ran late, which caused us to arrive behind schedule. Even so, the cemetery staff was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating. They never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable, and their professionalism and empathy meant so much to me and my family. I really appreciate them all !
My Grandparents as well as many relatives are buried at Memorial Park Cemetery. Attended my Uncles funeral last year. Enquired at the office if there were any spaces available near the family. None to be had. Sales rep asked if i would like a granite bench with with spots for cremation for 100K. Rest in Peace Ken.
My experience dealing with Memorial Park was great. First time, I dealt with Enrique, my 2nd time, I dealt with Elena. Both were very professional, understanding & very helpful helping me set up my future arrangements.
Professional and highly considerate of our family situation and needs
Vicki has been absolutely wonderful guiding me along this difficult path of grief
The cemetery is clean and well maintained. However, more needs to be done to prevent theft of the flowers. It gets stolen within days each time all the time there is a nice basket.
Very nice cemetery. Staff were excellent. Cost of burial was very high.
Helpful, caring and not pushy at all.
Excellent! Thank you for everything during this difficult time.
Rest in piece lil bros😢😢😢
If you need to bury your relatives, don't do it here! Most of your funeral will be spent waiting for them to be ready for you. But, even if that isn't the case, they will do whatever they can to take advantage of your vulnerable, mournful state to take as much money from you as possible. Where you have a need to say goodbye to your loved ones, they have a bottom line they can pad with your wallet 👍
Justin took excellent care of us. Every detail was taken care of. It’s a beautiful park and resting place.

Very nice cemetery and well kept up. Plan ahead because burial is very expensive. The one item that seemed excessive at Memorial Park was the installation of the grave marker at $1400. Don't get me wrong, everything was expensive but this one item seemed a bit on the ridiculous side.
My great, great, great grandmother is buried here, and no one in the family until now was able to visit her. I noticed there was no head stone (I knew her location due to family contacting the cemetery prior) and when I went into the office to seek out information on how we may be able to eventually purchase a stone for her, the treatment and attitude I experienced was horrific. The first woman was lovely, but since the grave was so old needed further guidance from presumably her manager. This woman was not so lovely. She immediately seemed annoyed I was looking for a grave that was as old as it was, as if any descendant doesn’t deserve the same respect as a newer one. I watched her go to a back room and directly look annoyed and exasperated of ‘who wants a grave marker for a grave that old!’ To another coworker. She comes back after several minutes, stating she had no records. That is impossible, as my aunt and I have a death certificate that states she is buried on the grounds. She then tells me ‘my aunt must already be in contact with someone then, and to check with her to get it figured out.’ I told her my aunt had asked me to come into the office today so we could receive information, and she gave me a nasty smile and proceeded to repeat herself. At this point, I told her I simply would be leaving and I walked out. As someone who has worked in the death industry before I was appalled at the behavior and attitude this woman gave me. I understand it’s an old grave, but it is still my family. Attitudes like this do NOT have a place in death care, it doesn’t matter how bad of a day you are having, you cannot treat people who are seeking solace for their loved ones this way. Absolutely disgusted.
A beautiful Cemetery that I'm pretty sure not many people know has Jerry Springer laid to rest here.

Always been patient and helpful! Thank you for the kindness!
