The three stars are only because they have helped people, i was saddened when my Caucasian female friend called to get rental assistance no problem,so i called and by surprise, as a black male after saying i dont have kids, same a my friend, i was asked if i was Jewish? I am christian, well sorry there's nothing available at this time. Its disheartening. Just disheartening. In the USA, no one is willing to help a middle aged black male with no kids, but everyone else is just a phone call away

I have been involved with the Jewish Community Foundation in one capacity or another since the age of 13. From that young age, JCFKC taught me the importance of giving back to the community. Their B'nai Tzedek program in at the heart of teaching young adults that giving time and money to those in needs is a central value in Jewish life. They have among the friendliest and most knowledgable staff. Even now when I am no longer living in Kansas City, they keep me closely connected with what is going on in the community.

The Foundation has helped us approach our charitable giving with much greater thought and care. We're very grateful for their support for our goals as a family.

Absolutely top notch staff. They've helped my husband and me with designing our own charitable giving programs and have been an invaluable source of advice on how to maximize the impact of our donations for the last 20 plus years.
