pretty sure they do not check their employee backgrounds
Response from the organization3 months ago I'm not sure you have the correct school. We do thorough background checks on all employees as required by the state. You have never been part of our program that I know of. Please verify your facts.
KIP is by far the best preschool in Louisville. After trying 2 others, we found KIP and have enjoyed every minute. The teachers are the most dedicated and fun. My kids have been so prepared for life changes and elementary school thanks to KIP!
Our family has had a wonderful experience at KIP. My daughter has been there since she was 2 and is graduating this spring. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care, education, and community she’s received over the years. The teachers and staff truly know and care about each child, and it shows in how confident, curious, and capable my daughter has become. She is absolutely prepared for kindergarten! We will always be thankful for the strong foundation KIP has given our daughter and highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality preschool experience.
