Great place to work out with very friendly staff

Alots of Activities frr kids and keep your self busy !

Fractured my ankle and they were not very accommodating. I'm a bit stupid, but more busy. Emailed that I wanted to pause, missed their reply. When I realized it wasn't paused, I emailed the wrong jcc. When I emailed the right email, I was 5 days short of cancelling and had to pay for the 7+ weeks more. So I paid 5 months with not being able to use the gym the way I want. They closed for a week in the summer and I got no reimbursement for not being able to use it. I realize it is a contract, Tough cancellation policy, just not nice. Nice facilities though.

Great gym kind and welcoming staff

Great gym, classes, activities and more for an affordable price. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Great facility. Not many places have an indoor basketball court that I can access before the sun rises. Glad I splurged on getting a membership at a nice gym!

This center seems to be more catered to children and families. The pool had a vacant lane, just what I was looking for. Not crowded.

Its a great facility for the elderly but they don't have many offerings for young to middle age adults. Main complaint is they have a lap pool but its only really open for the summer camp. They have enough gym equipment but they don't offer ifbb trainers. Other than the gym equipment, they don't offer any other services like massage tables or tanning beds. Unlike other private clubs, the JCC doesn't have social hours for its members. If you are geriatric this is a great place. But planet fitness is much cheaper and so is the fitness place in lakeview.

I'm reading some negative reviews about the fitness staff in the weight room, but they seem inaccurate. The staff is uber friendly and extremely engaging as needed. But they also respect members' space and leave them to their workout, especially for the people that want to workout instead of socialize in the weight room. Shout out to the fitness staff :)

I think this is a really good place to go work out on machines they do have a swimming pool, which is probably only open in the summer because it’s an outside pool. The prices are affordable and beneficial for several classes of people in my case I fall into one of the categories that has a good price, there is a very large parking lot. The security is very good here as you can imagine. It is a very very busy place because not only do they have the workout facility, but they also have two different other forms of activities for younger people.

My son has been to so many summer camps and JCC is by far the best one so far the entire staff is extremely polite and welcoming, very safe facility which is most important nowadays!! I highly recommend JCC!!

Need a bigger gym. Not enough machines they need to expand the weight room it is simply too small. They also need better hours they are just simply not open long enough during the week and it needs to change.
