These people completely wasted my time. They called me in for an interview, had me do a house walkthrough, met the residents and all.. just to email me out of nowhere saying they weren’t moving forward with the process. The person that did my interview process was rude and lacked communication. When I asked her, Sierra Harper, for an explanation as to why, she just ignored my email. I will never understand why, but they will never get the opportunity to disrupt my life again.

My experience with Jewish Community Services was phenomenal. I utilized their career services as I embarked on a sudden and stressful job search process. The staff, particularly Karen Hammer, was professional and extraordinarily helpful in finding potential jobs and navigating the entire job process with me, from the submission of cover letters/resumes to interviewing. Karen's steadfast dedication, calm composure and eye towards detail helped my job search process immensely.

Horrible experience I'm still at an 🫢 the way I have been treated from the staff it's so sad that we try and push ourselves everyday when dealing with mental health and you have absolutely NO support I see why ppl are walking around unstable/suicidal etc. Karma is real✌️. …

The JCS staff are committed to excellence in all aspects of service, ranging from in-home care, to mental health care, to career guidance. The outstanding services provided are available to all members of the community, Jewish and non-Jewish.

A try will convince you

Horrible customer service. Don’t talk to the guy Steve Land about anything involving rental assistance. He takes weeks to contact back and ask the same questions once he does contact back just to say he can’t help. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

I went to a professional development class at JCS for social workers today. Howard Resnick was the teacher and I thought he was wonderful!

This was a very valuable Mental Health training for professionals and laypersons. Our community needs the support of trained people as an aid in avoiding crisis situations with safety always in mind.
