I’m not Jewish or particularly conservative, but B’nai Israel is such a welcoming community. I look forward to joining the community at future services and events.

Beautiful temple, fantastic clergy. The service is very spiritual.

I’ve visited B’nai Israel 11 times, every time I’m there the congregation is very small knit, meaning they don’t interact with new people and keep to their “clicks”. In my experience the only people who actually greet you and make small talk are the Rabbi’s and Cantors. It’s very disappointing to me that a place that says “everyone is welcome” doesn’t actually welcome you and includes you. The after Shabbat services meal no one comes up and talks to you and it’s very upsetting. I’ve been trying to hold on writing this review, because the Rabbi’s and Cantors are so nice, I kept going to services to see if it gets better but it doesn’t. The landscape and the Synagogue itself is beautiful. But those are the only plus’s.

If you are a Conservative Jew this is an excellent choice for a synagogue with daily minyans morning and evening. The Rabbis are intelligent, and the Cantors have wonderful voices. And the people who attended on a regular basis are welcoming and friendly. As a plus, there are coffee and cookies every morning after services.

Attended service as part of a bar mitzvah celebration. Since I'm non Jewish, couldn't really follow a good part of it...however the atmosphere was very pleasant in a peaceful setting...felt very welcomed and comfortable

I attended a wedding here. The hall is spacious and well kept.
