Cafe K.

Creative chef. Dinner service. Prices are a bit high but the food is good. Interesting coconut sauce and butter for sea bass and also interesting to have some kind of cream with the Tandoori flavored belle mushrooms. Good coffee, for evening you really should also have decaf available but they are new and will likely add soon. The apple cake dessert was good.

I was there today with my son. We had hot chocolate and cheesecake, both of which were delicious. There is much more on the menu, but we were not so hungry. This is a great cafe, the seating is attractive, there is an outdoor section, and parking is easy. It's kosher dairy, Cholov Yisroel under the local Vaad. I highly recommend this Cafe. Now they have evening service which is just as amazing, including the buffet.

Overall great experience, fresh food great service. The 1 star is to get management’s attention. The waitress with the blonde hair seems to be creating a hostile work environment for the other servers. She is triangulating and creating a toxic work environment, I watched her antics for nearly an hour. I don’t know the back story but her behavior is very sinister and manipulative. (She seems to have the cashier/manager wrapped around her finger btw.) Watching her behavior not only upset me, but it made me very uncomfortable as a patron. Watching her bully the other servers that have always provided me with great service was absolutely infuriating, I could go into greater detail but management needs to take a look into this, pull your cameras and talk to your other employees. Because she is VERY aware that there is a power dynamic being as though all of the other staff are minorities.

I've come here lots of times since they opened, the food is always fresh, tasty, and good! We always had nice service and a wonderful experience, we are lucky to have places like these in our area!

Totally love this gem. My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon while travlng through from Baltimore. Food and presentation is amazing. Great selection of menu items. We had shakshuka, Caesar salad, fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. Super friendly and attentive staff, and quality decor. Definitely a keeper - looking forward to returning for dinner.

A-M-A-ZING. This place is a real find. Great food, fantastic service (thanks Sofia), excellent ambience and reasonable prices. Chef makes the mist succulent fish dishes. We'll be back.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. You absolutely have to try the Bulgarian Shakshuka. It is packed with flavor and easily the highlight of the meal. Highly recommend checking out Cafe K!

I couldn’t believe it! We have some of the nicest restaurants in the five towns and cafe K in silverspring is the best cafe EVERRRR!!!

Very nicely done space, the food is great my kids actually ate their whole plates! Especially recommend the croissant French toast with chocolate, it was a big hit!
