Well, I've been there twice, and I'd have to say they're rude to a black woman. Thanksgiving week I observed two elderly women and two separate cars double parked and inside the pantry. Then we had to wait for them to repack their groceries in their own bag from the cart. Well, I thought the procedure was to park. Have somebody come out and talk with you and then go in and get your bag of groceries. Then the woman that appeared to be in charge asked if I was next or the lady beside me was next when she knows full. Well I had been parked waiting behind those two elderly women before the van with the white lady came. I'm black if you hadn't noticed. Then the woman in charge didn't ask me if I had babies in the household. So I said something to the gentleman that brought the groceries out and he went back and obtained some baby supplies, diapers, wipes. Then the lady said oh there's a formed fill out and I didn't know I responded. You didn't ask, because you didn't care. Then the lady in the white van received eight bags of something for everything fruit or canned goods and there was like four workers regarding her car. But the head lady didn't come back to pick up my form cuz she was too busy going back to get something for the lady in the van. I don't think so not very nice or Fair

Alamoud fills out a paper that takes half an hour of time they need you wait two weeks and make a thousand signatures answers to trivial questions how ridiculous you are and you don't do well

I was in a really bad spot when I first reached out to JFS, at the urging of WCCMH. Everyone I first spoke with was very helpful, and the process was smooth and easy. The main reason I wanted to leave a 5 star review though is because of the therapists I worked with during my time with them. I worked with one therapist who was leaving soon, so we had about 6 months together before she moved on to greener pastures, and another who worked with me on CBT for several months before I was able to get a better job and health insurance. They were both SO helpful and understanding, and it was so easy to speak with both of them. Additionally, the tools I learned from the second therapist were so helpful I still have some worksheets in my briefcase. I have worked with a few other therapists before and since then, and while they were all great, none compared to the two I worked with here. Thanks JFS!

Totally INACCESSIBLE for somebody in a wheelchair, cane or walker. You cannot get up to the front desk at all, just horrible! There is a ramp and then 2 steps that lead up to the desk. It's like they only did HALF the job! They are so VIOLATING all ADA regulations!! Don't go here.
