Excellent if you are just interested in exercise, an excellent shower, pool and whirlpool. Not a lot of young people... but that is a good thing. Plus, you might get a chance to practice your Yiddish.

It's good.
We have been going to this JCC for 8 years now. Its a special place for us. Initially we went due to their amazing childcare you can use when you're working out (2 hours!). You never have to worry about your babies here, which is not something I can say for other gyms. Over the years we added classes, like pilates or strength training, which are excellent. We now take advantage of their swimming classes as well, and the teachers there have been absolutely amazing with our kids. If you have kids and don't have a community of your own and need help, this is the place for you.
This place is sensational: clean, cozy, and restorative both inside and out of the building. From the steam room to the outer gardens, every time I visit I wish I could stay longer.

We come here for table tennis. Great facility and friendly staff.
