Bean counters who don't actually offer any help and appear not to to care. Still waiting for a call back from their consumer advocate. By the time she bestirs herself, I won't need her help because my elderly family member who needs help will beyond it, in the grave. Why we pay these uncivil servants to treat us like beggars is beyond my capacity to understand. Our taxes pay your salary and you treat people like this? Ya'll a waste of clothes and oxygen.
