The reception people were so kind and friendly! My appointment was with Ayana and she helped me get set up with another part of the confusing world of Medicare. Very friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. This is a great organization, my first time needing their services. Thank you all very much
Hey, wanted All of the Senior Citizens in Missoula Montana. To give MAS a chance to Help you with ¡¿? Whatever your needs are! That is probably not the best way to word this. However, I'm not sending this out for any other reason then this. Everyone who works for MAS are Very Helpful & Friendly. I've been using some of the services they offer for several years now. Taxes, money management, etc... Why not check it out? 😉 Samantha
Always great to help Sr’s through filling out and understanding forms. Always so helpful. Folks are great , knowledgeable and supportive. They work completely for you. That is what is so important.
Great.Good people working there.
Missoula Aging Services is an incredible resource for seniors in our community. Their team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always ready to help. Whether it’s navigating Medicare, finding in-home support, or connecting with local programs, they provide valuable guidance every step of the way. It’s clear they truly care about improving the quality of life for older adults in Missoula. We’re lucky to have them in our community!
The folks who work here are nothing short of AMAZING!!! They truly care about the people they serve, it is obvious in how they speak, how they offer things rather than you needing to ask, and how diligent they are about making sure their people are taken care of and not going without. They made me feel so much better about my aging mom's situation, and I'm really grateful they exist.
Melani was wonderful and was able to give my mother and I direction on where to find the programs that work best for us! Thank you Missoula Aging Services!
First time user. Was referred there from Partnership. They seem to be not "on the ball" After the 1st meeting they had a list of documents they wanted to see. That lack of foresight on their part nessated a 2nd trip downtown. They could have given me the list when they called me to set an appointment time. They now say they need about a month to decide if they can help me get the drugs I need.
Chris at Missoula aging services was so helpful when moving my mom to town. He was so pleasent to talk to and really helped us assess all the services available.
Have to do a follow-up Will keep y'all posted People are friendly
Not helpful at all. Especially Joan and Kate, disrespectful and uncaring. Wouldn’t listen at all.
Great resource place. They seem to really try to help with the heart wrenching process of dealing with my demented mother. Unfortunately they can only do so much as far as getting the government to process paper work. Poor guy that was helping me ended being a counselor also.
Most helpful advice and guidance I could ask for. Stephanie is amazing and always takes time to answer my questions. An invaluable resource and support center. They have made a difficult stage with my mom so much easier. forever grateful
