Customer service here is very bad. The elderly woman at the front desk next to the daycare is very unprofessional. Maybe you should retire if you cannot find kindness in your heart when working with the general public.

Great organization we are currently homeless and I found through Google that they deliver. We were put up for code blue in a hotel and I called and a volunteer delivered food to us within a hour

Just called to ask a question, whoever answered the phone was so rude. She was unkind and simply transferred me. Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it. It is difficult for people to ask for help--try to remember that the next time you answer the phone.

Collision I'm leaving this low reading for this family service is because of my last caseworker this does not affect the previous case workers I had okay it does not affect that but this new case worker I have right now is the worst you can get does not answer your voicemail messages if you can leave a voicemail his voicemail is always full and you leave him a text message he does not answer for weeks at a time you got to keep on trying calling him and leaving text message to call him to leave text with it all the time but not good at all
