Suzanne helped me through one of the hardest times in my life and showed me she cared - she listened to my concerns and helped me believe that what happened to me was not my fault. She is an incredible human being and I am so thankful for her. Highly recommend

There are no words except hypocrites especially when facts pointed back at them and it’s well your right but. lol The but to rationalize their but and when you try to counter the hut they say no sorry that’s all. They don’t like being called out for their bs. Avoid.

I'm trying to find help for someone who urgently needs help. I have left multiple messages but they never called back. 0 help, 0 attention, 0 compassion. They deserve 0 funding.

I can't speak highly enough of this organization. They have always been professional and have worked with family members, even w/o insurance. Not only did they provide excellent counseling, they also helped my senior mom with some aspects of medicare, and with free home health aides through the Holocaust foundation. All companies have their dysfunctions. Try dealing with Wells Fargo!!! :-/

We've been seeing one of the therapists at this site for months and they have been fantastic. You do have to wait a month or so to get into the schedule for the therapist but the wait at the JFS was a lot shorter than most therapist offices.

Wow... unbelievable. My girlfriend is going through shiva for the passing of her mother. I called to find out what I could do, the process and what I could provide to the family to add comfort. I was told that I was going to be transferred to someone to help me. The person never answered their phone. When I hung up to speak with that representative again, they would not pick up the phone... I called 2x... No one would pick up. When I went to the general voicemail to complain the voice mail was full. When someone outside of the religion is doing their best to conform to comfort another it is astonishing that the person trying to do good would be shunned.... Thank God People don't equal religion. Because if that were the case I would believe in no God... born or not born.
