I contacted Charles Clarkson of Senior Medicare Patrol personally, as well as their main office EMail address in Milltown, N.J. at least a dozen times to report Medicare fraud committed by the Executive Director of an Assisted Living Facility (outlining the problem in great detail and what steps I had taken), yet I have yet to receive a single acknow- ledgement, let alone a response to let me know if they could be of help. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

I inquired about a potential funding opportunity, and was "helped" by a rude woman. I had no prior information about what the requirements/eligibility rules were, and she came off very dismissive, as if I were to blame. I understand I wasn't eligible, which I found out after the fact, but my call was to learn more about what those eligibility rules were. I didn't appreciate her tone or the way she spoke to me. I wouldn't recommend this place if this is an example of the type of people that work there.

I went there to get help with going to phlebotomy school and they denied me because of low funds the first time which I understood because I did it to late, but then two weeks later got a call saying they found funds and wanted to help me I was super excited. We had some miscommunication through email then had a meeting about the whole process for them only to tell me they denied my help because “they didn’t think I was ready for such a program!” Mind you I went to medical asst school but couldn’t finish because I was pregnant and had to be in bed rest I know exactly what I’m doing in phlebotomy. Smh they are ridiculous and don’t have a care in the world. very disrespectful comment

If you are in need and looking for assistance, I would suggest you stay far, far, far away from this office! This office has a complete lack of caring and is basically going through the motions for a weekly pay check. I called looking for some assistance and left several phone and e-mail messages for Diane. After 2 weeks and receiving no response from DianeI finally get a generic e-mail for Roni Salkin who is a director at the office. Ms. Salkin referred me to a couple of other agencies and then said in her response that I was a client of that office earlier in the year and they were unable to help me further. When I responded to Ms. Salkin that I was not a client of the office and that I had contacted the 2 agencies she requested I contact and they could be of no assistance Ms. Salkin—apparently not having read what I wrote responded with the same generic e-mail. I wrote her several more times telling her the same thing—but all I got were generic e-mails in response. I then had to resort to contacting Ms. Salking supervisor, Sara Levine. Ms. Salkin then contacted me, once again—with you guessed it. A generic e-mail recommending that I contact the 2 aforementioned agencies that I told her repeatedly that could not help me. No caring, no compassion and completely unprofessional! If you need help please seek assistance elsewhere. The staff at the office in Milltown simply do not care! Your problems mean less than nothing to them!!
