Is there a Office in Las Cruces

Horrible! Been dealing with them for a couple of years. Nobody seems to want to help. It's just bureaucracy and constant run around. Promises of call backs and follow-ups never kept. Just a joke.

A referral called to report an elderly mother who was being neglected and financially abused by a family member. She was being left unattended, without medication, a working phone and her medical care was being ignored. Upon the investigation they contacted the perpetrator and told them who filed the report causing him to dig in and shut this family out of all communication with those who can help her. She died of neglect this week. Appalling agency. DO NOT REPORT IF YOU WANT TO SAVE ANYONE.

I tried to communicate here the other day that the point of a sharp metal "Q" on your sign on the corner was dangerous. I forgot to mention location: Las Vegas, NM.

Great place for senior citizen resources.

Took over a week to call back, when Donald called he was RUDE and disrespectful. Very disappointed. No help at all.
