Very friendly!! The woman we talked to was nice and there was a boy there that was so helpful in trying to help us find what we were looking for. It turns out it's also connected to the chabad and they even invited us to an event that night! They didn't have much Sephardic siddurs to shop for but thats okay, they had many books so we walked out with other stuff anyway. The chabad in my area is not very friendly so it was so nice to see the kindness they had and at the Houston chabad

Customer services is always fantastic and I love the amount of selection they have. I went shopping for a very meaningful gift for a coworker and found exactly what I was looking for!

Large selection of texts, kippahs & children’s items. I purchased a mezuzah & some Chanukah goods. The woman wearing the sheitel (Ms. Jackson I think) was nice enough but when the conversation somehow got to HOW I am Jewish (father’s side, not mother’s), she felt the need to emphasize to me multiple times that I am not actually Jewish & have no need to buy a mezuzah. I was shocked by how rude she was just because I’m not *technically* Jewish. I have been Jewish from birth & devote myself to Hashem just like anyone else. I was there to purchase from the store, not get my lineage questioned. I was already basically checking out at that point so I didn’t want to cancel the transaction, & I needed the items. The clerk said all these things to me with a big smile on her face. I will never be going back here. It does not seem welcoming to any Jew but an Orthodox one. The younger associate was very nice, though.
