I am so grateful to have found this Chabad community. In a time when I was looking to get back in touch with my reform roots, Rabbi Yoni was entirely kind and welcoming. To learn, question, grow, and connect is so accessible and authentic - come one, come all!

Beautiful and welcoming congregation. Rabbi Yoni creates a warm, accepting environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of background or level of observance. His kindness and openness make it easy to connect and feel at home. A great community to be part of.
Seeking community with members of the tribes? Interested in learning without judgement or a case of side-eye? Like to debate with the brightest of minds? Need a safe, fun activity for the kids? Do you want to learn the prayers and traditions of Shabbat and holidays? Desiring to get close or closer to Hashem? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, this unassuming shul will help you achieve these aspirations. The routine as well as creative and fun gatherings are welcoming to all, regardless of where one is in their journey with Hashem. The humble rabbi and rebbetzin are constantly working to connect people, encourage mitzvot, and teach Torah ways. There’s no other place in Seattle I would go.
Every visit to Chabad of NW Seattle is an amazing experience. From Shabbat Tora reading, to holiday gatherings or special events kindly and thoughtfully crafted by Rabi Yoni and his wife, there is something for everyone. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful place to be a part of.
I would like to recommend Chabad North West in Ballard. Rabbi Yoni Levitan and his wife are the best people in the whole wide world. I enjoy going there on Tuesdays to lunch and learn, and on Saturdays to shul and all of the holiday festivities. They’re very kind. They’re very neat. The place is very easy to get to. I will not ever go anywhere else but Chabad house in Ballard. I would appreciate if you join us. I cannot express my feelings towards them enough. They are wonderful, wonderful people to be with. The community is fantastic. Everybody that goes there feels safe and comfortable, and wants to go back always. Thank you very much.

No matter how religious you are, the rabbi treats you like a tzadik. All are welcome here, a very warm and friendly shul. Whether you read Hebrew or not (prayers are also in English), it’s a comfortable space for prayer and meditation.
