Eltana.

We ordered the sesame and cinnamon raisin bagel. The texture of both were just okay. The cinnamon one was not chewy enough. It came with limited rains and was not flavorful enough. The sesame bagel had a slightly better texture, but not outstanding. I’ve definitely had better bagels in other places in Seattle.

Tasteless sandwich. First and last time there.

The best bagels I’ve had in my life, I eat one nearly everyday. These far surpass the most famous Montreal bagel spots. Actually pure perfection, I think about what I’d do if I moved and didn’t have access to Eltana far too often.

Bagel was pretty stale.

The vibes are peak! I love the windows. Staff was super nice and the bagels are good.

These bagels are insane, I wish I could eat 10 a day

Super nice team, and delicious bagels. Nice flavor and perfect ‘chewiness’. And damn that almond butter is great. Good seating with lots of light to enjoy your bagel and coffee.

Pretty fantastic bagel place. Had a great ambiance and menu had a range of prices. Wanted to try a lot of different things, ultimately settled on lox bagel (2oz of lox) with the works. Drinks looked good too. Lox on an everything bagel. When I asked if I should go with a sesame or everything bagel, the shop keeper told me everything can be salty so I should only go with it if I like salt. I personally didnt feel it was salty, especially with the cream cheese that tasted whipped and the great accouterments. Chicken sausage on salt bagel was great, but keep in mind salt bagels tend to be smaller than other bagels. Overall, I would come back and would like to get a coffee as well.
