These people could obviously care less about the people in their community. They give false expectations and information with zero remorse when you try to hold them accountable. Disabled people and single mothers and fathers and people that struggle rely on these services and honeslty you should have a little more compassion and empathy. And maybe not be so quick to relay information you are not sure is correct. I turned in a recertification before the deadline. Had my interview. The lady told me it would be processed same day. Gave me wrong information I guess the excuse when I called back was oh the person must have been mistaken. But this time I was told I would get my benefits on my normal date. Did not happen. I called again on the day I am supposed to recieve benefits and I was told by a later date now. I was relayed false information a few times.
